After reassessing the project with insight from my trip to Brazil, I have had to change the deliverables and their dates.  Here they are:

Blogging (2005-2006 Fellowship)

• Blog with content brought from Rio running by 12/16/05
• Digital Portfolio concept and implementation framework by end of 2005
• Easy blogger tool implemented by 1/9/06
• Teacher training plan by 1/13/06
• Visit to Rio end of January/beg of February
• Teachers and coordinators blogging by end of Winter quarter partnering with Stanford
• Traffic and community by Spring break (LINK FOR METRICS SOON)
• Spring break in Rio for assessment
• Spring quarter helping teachers teach children
• Spring quarter planning transition
• Children blogging by themselves by summer

Reading and Writing (post Fellowship)

• Reflect on, transcribe oral recordings
• Publish simple text
• Comment on images and videos
• Workshop digital porfolios

Curriculum

• Mentoring between children
• Workshop content (WIKI)
• Assessment via digital portfolios

Employment
