Naked!Photos / Tuning into Pop!Tech & other posts

By Sam Perry - Posted on 20 October 2005

OK< so now I have your attention [this should be Shel Israel & Robert Scoble's moment - they the authors of soon to be published Naked Conversations...]. Speaker Graham Flint revealed the powers of magnification - in multiple dimensions of the term - of one if his densely packed, ultra-giga-resolution photographs of "ParaGliders @ Torrey Pines - La Jolla CA" in which magnification by several orders of magnitude reveals naked men walking the beach.

As their faces are identifiable, it was decided to pixelate them to non-recognition for a recent museum display. [PS - don't try this at home - no big deal - though I hope I'm not insulting any of these beefy fellows in saying so, but really!].

OK, if you want to experience the more meaningful proceedings of Pop!Tech and you're not or near Camden but you do have online access, since you're reading this, follow the link below to the live streaming feed [and ask questions!]:

Poptech Attendees’ Portal » PopTech Live StreamingPopTech Live Streaming

This year, because we’re sold out with a waiting list, we’ve again decided to audio stream the whole conference live over the Internet with Doug Kaye of IT Conversations. If you have friends or colleagues who could not attend, and they’d like to listen in to any or all of the conference, you can send them to this web page, which will be live throughout the event:

Even better, if listeners would like to ask questions, they can submit them at any time during the conference to live@poptech.org. (We will of course give preference to the live audience, but will try to get in an Internet question now and again.)
