Last week I attended a TIE event titled “Next Generation Outsourcing And Coming Wave in India”. The panelists included Pramod Haque of Norwest Venture Partners, John Hagel, author and “business guru” and S. Ramadorai, CEO of Tata Consultancy Services – India’s highest valued and largest services Company.

I just read a great article about Andy Grove in Fortune magazine - Lessons in Leadership: The Education of Andy Grove. There are many lessons that are highlighted and one of them that resonated with me was Andy's address to a group at Intel looking at a new initiative: "Engage and then plan. And get it better. Revolutions in our industry in our lifetime have taken place using exactly this formula. The best example is the IBM PC"

Last night I heard Niko Everett (CEO of Girls for a Change) speak in the Social Entrepreneurship class. She was inspiring, real, and offered the following advice:
