The future is all about the First Mile, a term coined by Titus Moetsabi, a poet at the Southern African Rural Connectivity Workshop in Harare in February 1997 to demonstrate the importance of people and to turn on it’s head conventional wisdom and a new perspective to innovative solutions. Wow that is impressive and the innovation for the future is here!

All the innovation that I can see from the mobile phone to the PCO booth in India are the first mile.
