The other day I was speaking with a good friend of mine and during all my conversations on micro and from my blog writing he commented that "Micro is the new Macro"!

I though and told him that was brilliant as this is where the future is heading and which is why a whole lot of my recent blog entries over the last two years have been on micro-everything in a hybrid model for new emerging economies and developed economies have challenges where micro will be the new macro. This applies across industries such as;

* Agriculture
* BFSI
* Healthcare
* Energy
* Retail
* Telecom

to name a few. So what does this next big opportunity entail and how do you leverage this opportunity;

First Mile business opportunity
i) Demand-Supply Chain
ii)Demand-Supply financial linkages
iii) Marketplaces ~ Unlock economic value through aggregated brick & mortar discovery, fulfillment, collaboration, community and commerce

Business Model: Microfranchisee Intermediation

The micro-macro hybrid is an incredible tectonic shift and with all the global happenings in the last year and recent weeks highlights the scale of opportunity that has begun!

We in a group are putting all this to the test in India and then head out to USA, China, Australia and other markets to execute this. Dog eat dog food.
