Added instructions and help to groups listing and groups creation page

A short paragraph indicating how to subscribe to groups has been added to the Groups listing page.

Also, a small introduction to groups is displayed in the Group creation page.

Finally, the documentation on groups functionality has been enhanced and improved at the introduction and tutorial pages.
