I just read a great article about Andy Grove in Fortune magazine - Lessons in Leadership: The Education of Andy Grove. There are many lessons that are highlighted and one of them that resonated with me was Andy's address to a group at Intel looking at a new initiative: "Engage and then plan. And get it better. Revolutions in our industry in our lifetime have taken place using exactly this formula. The best example is the IBM PC"
