btw - LOUD AND CLEAR - Crafting Message That Stick is a great article from Chip Heath, the professor the Graduate School of Business I mentioned I met with earlier, on crafting message that stick, specifically targeted at non-profits. The elevator pitches might benefit a bit from this kind of unconventional wisdom!
